Marijuana laws today in 2018 in the United States are very different from ten or even twenty years ago because legalization efforts have gone very far and have been very successful in recent years. Generally, when you ask a question like this to me you should detox with exit-5 just kidding that’s not my answer. My answer is that if you are in a state where medical marijuana is legal or marijuana is legal for all purposes recreational or others you should be allowed to smoke weed in the comfort of your home.
However, that is not true in a lot of states like Texas it’s a very big state but even medical marijuana is not legal in the lone star state. If the police catch you smoking pot in Texas they will drag you into prison where you will be violated violently by big black men when you drop the soap in the showers and few people want that fate so you be very careful if you don’t have a marijuana card or the drug is outright illegal in your state. But if you donate money to marijuana lobbying organization and marijuana user organizations they can lobby state legislatures to help your state legalize the drug so you don’t have to worry anymore. Generally, if you don’t do any other criminal acts smoking weed at home should be safe unless you live in an apartment complex or cops live next door.
If so, it’s probably not a good idea to smoke so you should either move to a different place or simply be much more careful. Maybe don’t smoke blunts but instead opt for vaping Cannibis oil so there is not that recognizable skunk odor. But just be safe overall since weed is not legal yet.
